Roles and Responsibilities Plan part quantities & manpower for each workstation as per the Production Plan Verify daily quantities produced in Job cards for each operation Ensure Poka Yoke by using jigs, fences, markings, measures to ensure no errors Maximise capacity utilisation Ensure material follows the routing and suggest improvements if any Implement safety protocols Ensure 5S for Orderliness and cleanliness of shop floor & Premises Maintain Work in Progress tools & Materials In and consumed register Balance production lines ensure there are no bottle necks Ensure CAPA by identifying non conformities, identify the root causes and plan & implement corrective actions. Ensure training and quality adherence Ensure dispatch as per plan Desired Candidate Profile Well versed with using an ERP, Should be able to calculate surface areas, volumes, converting from imperial to metric systems and vice versa, calculating weight from density, etc. Have good people skills Perks and Benefits Casual, Privileged leaves, leave encashment Short listing On basis of attached quiz.
