ETP Assistant Manager / Dy. Manager - Kishanganj

Role & responsibilities Understand the process engineering specifications including the various treatments covered under primary, biology, and tertiary thoroughly to develop & control sewage water & Effluent process, optimization & support. Perform Process & Hydraulic calculations & its optimization. Independently perform the task and can mentor peers. Controlling the manpower for operations including on-roll and contractual. Individual unit/Project planning & scheduling. Essential daily, periodical, and breakdown maintenance for ETP. Store including chemicals inventory operations and control. Communicate with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams. Willing to travel to local/global sites for short to long duration based on need. Responsibility encompasses the Effluent treatment plant/ plants and ensures its safe operations as per the internal standards. Compliance of all parameters as defined by the PCB /CPCB & Statuary Bodies. Maintenance of essential mandatory records as per norms like PM Schedules, BMT Schedules, Log sheet-daily, BD schedules, MIS, Monthly data compliances, online server data management, etc & Environment Management System manuals. Assign resources to support the Environment Management System, Occupational Health, and Safety Management System. Coordinate for various government and required audits. Responding to relevant external communication from interested parties related to the Environment Management System. Monitoring and measuring effects for Environment Management System Characteristics Assessing current legal requirements, statutory compliance, and its applicability with the current system in coordination with the administration department. Setting Environment targets and tracking progress towards achieving set objectives and targets. Controlling the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP). Liaison with the local Pollution Control board and other relevant government authorities Preferred candidate profile MTech./B.Tech. in Biotechnology/Environmental/Chemical Engineering. 2-6 years of core wastewater treatment engineering domain experience. Expertise in various water treatment technologies and technological advancements. Knowledge of the Should Cost Analysis & Design for Cost approach is advantageous. Good command of written and spoken English Excellent communication skills Knowledge of international & industry standards.
