ETL Testing with python

As an ETL Testing professional with 6 to 10 years of experience, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying automation frameworks for large core products and functional components using Python. Your expertise in automation testing within a product organization will be crucial for this role. You will be tasked with developing automation frameworks for web, data pipeline, and API-based applications, while also owning and executing technology stack evaluations and proof of concepts for automation. Collaborating closely with application development, architecture, and infrastructure teams, you will drive automation, performance evaluation, and application analysis initiatives forward. Your strong knowledge of SQL, ETL, and BI Report Testing will be essential for this role, as you will be required to write and interpret complex SQL queries, conduct ETL/Data warehouse backend testing, and BI Intelligence report testing. Additionally, your proficiency in API testing and exposure to ML Ops systems will be advantageous. Experience with test management tools such as Junit, Selenium, DBUnit, TestNG, HP Quality Center, and JIRA will be highly beneficial. A solid understanding of SDLC, Agile Methodology, Database Systems (Vertica, Oracle, Teradata), and Business Intelligence testing using tools like Tableau is also required. Your strong comprehension, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with knowledge of AWS and enterprise application architecture, will further enhance your ability to excel in this role. Experience in testing data science projects and end-to-end automated test case management will be considered a significant advantage.
