Job Description

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain ETL pipelines to ingest data from various sources (databases, flat files, APIs) Reddit+15Toptal+15DevsData+15
Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical design
Perform data profiling, cleansing, transformation, validation, and mapping based on business rules
Optimize ETL jobs for performance, scalability, and reliability; tune SQL queries and pipelines HRBlade+12Airbyte+12Expertia+12
Monitor pipeline execution, handle errors, implement alerting, and troubleshoot failures

Provide guidance to junior developers, participate in code reviews, and share best practices

Required Skills & Experience

SQL expertise

Programming/Scripting
