ETL Developer

**Job Description:** As a Python Azure Data Factory (ADF) professional, your role involves working with technologies such as Azure Databricks, PySpark, Delta Lake, ETL/ELT, data pipelines, and data lakehouse architecture. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Technical Delivery:** - Develop robust ETL/ELT workflows using Informatica to ingest, transform, and load data into our data warehouse, Azure Synapse Analytics. - Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to validate pipeline outputs and ensure data accuracy. - Ensure data quality by implementing proactive checks and monitoring mechanisms. - Write and optimize complex SQL queries to support analytical and reporting team requirements. - Collaborate with data analysts and business users to translate requirements into effective data models. - **Technical Leadership:** - Contribute to system-level design, story breakdowns, and technical planning. - Collaborate with backend, frontend, and DevOps teams to deliver integrated solutions. - Stay updated with new technologies, frameworks, and best practices. - Advocate for the use of AI, automation, and modern frameworks to enhance product performance. - Align features with digital product and customer experience goals based on business context. **Qualifications Required:** - 3 to 5 years of professional experience in ETL/ELT workflows. - Familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) and relational databases. - Exposure to event-driven messaging platforms like Kafka. - Knowledge of API Gateway tools such as Kong, Zuul, Apigee, or AWS API Gateway. - Strong foundation in distributed systems, scalability, and performance tuning. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. **Additional Details of the Company:** GlobalLogic is a Hitachi Group Company and a trusted digital engineering partner to leading companies worldwide.
