As a Developer in the Cloud HCM Analytics team at SAP, you will play a crucial role in designing and constructing analytics solutions for one of the world's largest cloud-based enterprise applications. Your responsibilities will involve full-stack development, encompassing both client and server-side tasks, with a primary focus on creating highly scalable and customizable solutions for over 4,450 customers across 177 countries. Your day-to-day activities will include collaborating with a team that builds Operational Reporting and Analytical solutions. This entails working on analytical cubes, customized ETL applications, query designers, and execution engines. The team also engages in integrating with various internal SAP applications such as SAC through REST APIs, SAML-based SSO, and OAuth-based Authentication. You will have the opportunity to interact with diverse stakeholders, devise optimal solutions, and implement them with a strong emphasis on customizability and scalability. The current development initiatives involve leveraging Predictive Analytics, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence, with plans to delve into Prescriptive analytics.
