Company Description Ethos Power is a leading renewable energy solutions company with 13+ years of experience in solar and power infrastructure. We’ve installed 10,000+ solar pumps under PM-KUSUM, delivered multiple institutional rooftop solar projects, and built 40+ power substations up to 400 kV (AIS and GIS). Our clients include Maruti Suzuki, Siemens, KEC International, SECI and NTPC among others, with projects funded by the World Bank and ADB. We are now expanding our rooftop solar business across Commercial and Industrial (C&I) segments in Tier-2 cities of North India. Role Description Lead and manage all technical aspects of civil construction site operations, including planning, execution, and reporting, while ensuring accurate documentation, effective client coordination, precise quantity estimation, material reconciliation, and billing—maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and compliance with project timelines Key Responsibilities:- Site Documentation:- Preparation of all site-related records, including daily progress reports, Cube Register, Cement Register, Steel Register, Water Register, Site Hindrance Register and other documentation. Client Coordination & Drawing Submission:- Handling client interactions and submitting technical drawings to relevant local departments for approval and compliance. Quantity Calculation:- Estimation and verification of quantities for Soil, RCC, BBS, PCC, brickwork, plastering, and other civil work. Site Reconciliation:- Reconciliation of materials utilized on-site on a monthly basis. Labour Billing:- Preparation and verification of labour bills. Civil Billing:- submission of civil work bills, including measurement sheets and supporting documentation. Site Management:- overseeing day-to-day site activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, safety protocols, and quality standards. Material Requirement Planning:- Assessing and coordinating civil construction material requirements based on site conditions and project progress. Qualifications B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering 6–10 years of relevant experience in Civil EPC projects, with a strong focus on substation works Mandatory experience in 765kV / 400kV / 220kV substation projects Strong knowledge in civil execution and design tools such as AutoCAD Strong understanding of substation construction psrocesses and standards Proven ability to independently manage project timelines, budgets, teams , documents, quality and technical.
