Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist – Immigration Services Location: [Bathinda, Punjab] Job Type: Full-Time About Us: We are a trusted and growing immigration consultancy, committed to guiding individuals and families through successful visa and immigration processes. We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. ⸻ Job Responsibilities: • Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner • Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages; route them appropriately • Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar • Assist with basic client queries and provide general information about services • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning documents • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth client service • Receive and sort mail/courier deliveries • Follow up with clients for documentation and appointment reminders • Maintain confidentiality of all client and business information ⸻ Requirements: • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; diploma/degree preferred • Prior experience in a receptionist or front office role (experience in immigration consultancy is a plus) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Punjabi, Hindi & English preferred) • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office equipment • Professional appearance and a positive attitude • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills ⸻ Benefits: • Supportive work en vironment • Opportunity to grow within the organization • Training provided for immigration-related tasks • Competitive salary (based on experience) ⸻ How to Apply: Please send your updated resume to [nowon@ethicworksimmigration.com]
