About Ethical Health Care Foundation Ethical Health Care Foundation is India’s first Shariah-compliant family health Takaful and wellness platform , committed to making ethical and affordable healthcare accessible to all. We conduct health outreach programs and preventive care initiatives across communities. Role Overview We are looking for a dedicated Sample Collection Officer – Health Outreach who will collect diagnostic samples responsibly and also participate in our community health awareness programs and camps. This is a field-based role involving travel for sample pickup and engagement with communities. Key Responsibilities Collect blood, urine, and swab samples from patients at home or health camp locations. Ensure safe, hygienic, and ethical sample handling and labeling. Maintain sample integrity and follow NABL-compliant procedures for storage and transport. Conduct community health camps in coordination with the EHCF operations team. Educate community members about EHCF Care and EHCF Care+ plans . Build relationships with clinics, diagnostic labs, pharmacists, NGOs, and community leaders . Maintain daily field activity reports and submit collection logs. Handle basic customer interaction with care and professionalism. Ensure confidentiality and maintain patient data privacy at all times. Required Qualifications & Skills Diploma or Degree: DLT / DMLT / MLT / BMLT (Freshers can apply) Certification in Phlebotomy (preferred but not mandatory) Knowledge of sample collection protocols and biomedical waste handling Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and local language Willingness to travel locally and conduct fieldwork Two-wheeler and smartphone preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month License/Certification: DLT/MLT (Required) Willingness to travel: 75% (Required) Work Location: In person
