Job Title: Shopify Web Developer Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Shopify Web Developer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in building, customizing, and optimizing Shopify stores. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Shopify themes, Liquid programming, front-end development, and app integrations to deliver high-performance eCommerce websites. Key Responsibilities Develop, customize, and optimize Shopify websites using Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Create and modify Shopify themes and templates based on design requirements. Implement custom features, functionalities, and third-party app integrations. Ensure websites are responsive, fast-loading, and SEO-optimized. Manage product setup, collections, navigation, filters, and store settings. Work closely with designers and marketing teams to execute UI/UX improvements. Troubleshoot issues and perform regular site maintenance and updates. Optimize checkout flows and enhance conversion rates using best practices. Implement tracking tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and other marketing integrations. Stay updated with Shopify updates, new features, and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications 3–4 years of proven experience in Shopify development. Strong knowledge of Liquid, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3. Experience with custom theme development and Shopify OS 2.0. Understanding of Shopify APIs and third-party app integrations. Good knowledge of Page Speed Optimization and Core Web Vitals. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Skills Knowledge of React, Vue, or any modern JS framework (optional, but added advantage). Experience in Shopify Plus development. Familiarity with headless eCommerce setups. Basic SEO and CRO understanding. Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
