Location: ["Remote"] Company: Toolspot.in Salary: ₹20,000/month + Performance-Based Incentives Experience Required: 1–2 years Languages: Fluent in English & Hindi Working Days: Monday to Saturday 🔹 About Toolspot.in : Toolspot is India’s fast-growing platform for discovering, listing, and connecting with machinery dealers across categories like CNC, construction, agriculture, textile, and more. 🔹 Role Summary:We’re looking for a proactive Telecalling Specialist to reach out to machine dealers and equipment suppliers, explain Toolspot's offerings, onboard them to the platform, and maintain strong customer relationships. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to dealers, suppliers, and SMEs across India Pitch Toolspot’s platform benefits and convert leads to active listings Handle incoming inquiries and follow-up with interested parties Maintain call logs and reporting in CRM/spreadsheets Support sales and onboarding teams by scheduling demos or walkthroughs 🔹 Requirements:1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales or Customer Support Strong communication skills in English and Hindi Confidence, clarity in speech, and the ability to build rapport quickly Comfortable working with call targets and using basic digital tools (CRM, Excel, WhatsApp Business) 🔹 Perks: Fixed salary: ₹20,000/month Attractive performance incentives Exposure to India’s growing B2B industrial tech space Learning and career growth opportunities
