Role & responsibilities Lead the design and execution of electrical services for large-scale residential, commercial, healthcare, and hospitality projects. Perform detailed load calculations, cable sizing, fault level analysis, and SLD (Single Line Diagram) preparation . Design and review HT/LT systems, transformers, DG sets, UPS, lighting, power distribution, earthing, and ELV systems . Prepare and validate BOQs, cost estimations, and technical specifications . Guide junior engineers and review their designs/drawings for quality and accuracy. Conduct design validation at site , coordinate with architects, structural, and other MEP services. Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and project presentations . Preferred candidate profile Electrical Engineer with 7-10 years experience in designing Electrical Services with relevant site experience and site co-ordinations. Education: Any Graduate / Diploma / Postgraduate (preferably in Electrical Engineering). Experience: 7 10 years of proven experience in Electrical Design for MEP (Building Services) . Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of HT/LT Systems, Transformers, DG Sets, UPS, Cable Sizing, Load Calculations, SLD preparation . Hands-on experience in AutoCAD (mandatory); Revit MEP preferred. Project Exposure: Experience in Residential, Commercial, Healthcare, or Hospitality building projects. Leadership: Ability to guide and mentor junior engineers; strong coordination with architects, consultants, and site teams. Other Attributes: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good communication, and willingness to take client-facing responsibilities. Location Preference: Open to work from Bangalore. Notice Period: Immediate to 60 days preferred.
