Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our outdoor advertising team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through the sale of outdoor advertising solutions such as billboards, transit ads, hoardings, and other OOH (Out-of-Home) media platforms. Key Responsibilities:Client Acquisition & Retention: Identify and target potential clients across various industries. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. Sales & Revenue Generation: Present, promote, and sell outdoor advertising solutions to prospective customers. Prepare customized proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Market Research & Strategy: Conduct market research to identify advertising trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Provide insights and suggestions for improving sales strategies based on market feedback. Coordination & Execution: Coordinate with the operations and creative teams to ensure timely and effective campaign execution. Ensure all legal and compliance documentation is completed before campaign launch. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client interactions, and forecasts. Submit regular reports on pipeline, prospects, and sales performance to management.
