Job Title: Estimator – Civil Engineering

Location: Ernakulam
Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience: 3–4 years in estimation (site experience is a bonus)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Civil Estimator with a strong grasp of architectural and structural drawings, market rates, and work planning. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of supporting project execution from planning to budgeting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drawing Analysis & Quantity Take-off
• Analyze architectural, structural, and elevation drawings to calculate accurate material and labor quantities.
• Assign market rates to materials and services.
• Estimate Preparation
• Prepare complete cost estimates including materials, labor, and equipment, based on technical drawings.
• Project Work Planning
• Develop work plans ensuring timeline feasibility and enabling simultaneous execution of multiple tasks.
• Team Coordination
• Collaborate consistently with the Project Manager, Supervisor, and Execution Manager to ensure alignment on estimates and work plans.
• Deviation Management
• In case of project changes, recalculate estimates and communicate cost and timeline impacts promptly to the team.

Requirements:

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in estimation
• Site experience will be considered a plus
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural/structural drawings
• Strong skills in MS Excel, estimation tools, and basic project planning
• Good communication and coordination skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
