Estimator cum Interior Designer

Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates for custom furniture and interior fit-out projects. Analyze architectural drawings, specifications, and materials to calculate accurate pricing. Work with production and procurement teams to gather pricing on raw materials, labor, and finishes. Quotation Preparation: Develop and submit BOQs (Bill of Quantities), tender documents, and project quotations. Revise quotes as per client feedback or design changes. Budget Management: Ensure estimates are within client budgets. Suggest material or design alternatives to meet budget constraints. Vendor Coordination: Obtain quotes from suppliers and subcontractors. Maintain updated pricing lists for materials and services.
