Job Description

Qualification: Post Graduation / Diploma in Civil Engineering / B.E. (Civil) Experience: 4years experience in estate management or related work; supervision of civil renovation; and construction of new buildings including electrical work, plumbing, carpentry and landscaping Job Description: Regular inspection of buildings, premises, lands Identification of buildings, roads etc. that need technical and other maintenance Preparation of annual plan and budget for upkeep (and extension, as applicable) of infrastructure and lands Preparation of estimates for specific civil and electrical work Execution of civil and electrical work (quotation process where relevant, preparation of design, monitoring of execution) Liaison with relevant government authorities (Nagar Nigam, UIT, PWD, BSNL, AVVNL, Land Revenue Dept, Labour Dept, Collector’s Office and ensuring compliance of their queries) Managing and leading Estate Office team consisting of engineers and others Background: Substantial prior experience in matters of estate related to buildings, lands, civil & electrical work Sensibility towards heritage and conservation of architecture and landscape Experience or familiarity with educational institutions and/or civil society organisations Good knowledge of computer operating system with good communication skills both oral and written Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Experience: total work: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 15/05/2025 Expected Start Date: 10/07/2025
