We are looking for a result driven and experienced sales professional to join our dynamic team for our car perfumes & air freshener range. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our distribution network and driving retail sales across various regions in India. Key Responsibilities: Distributor Appointment & Management: Identify, onboard, and manage distributors across regions. Ensure effective stock movement and market penetration. Retail Expansion: Support distributors by visiting retailers, developing relationships, taking orders, and ensuring brand visibility and placement. Sales Target Achievement: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with consistent growth in assigned territories. Corporate Gifting Sales: Pitch and close deals with corporate clients for bulk gifting and brand partnerships. Market Intelligence: Collect feedback from distributors and retailers to inform business strategy and product development. Travel: Extensive travel across India is required to support market development and business growth initiatives. Desired Candidate Profile: -Minimum 2 years of experience in Auto Accessories/ FMCG / Lifestyle / Fragrance or Corporate gifting. -Proven track record of appointing and managing distributors and driving retail sales. - Strong negotiation and communication skills. -Willingness to travel extensively across India. -Self-motivated, target-oriented, and growth-driven.
