Market Research & Strategy Development - Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies (e.g., SWOT analysis) . - Develop marketing plans tailored to the elevator industry, focusing on construction, real estate, and infrastructure sectors . 2. Brand Promotion & Campaign Management - Create campaigns to enhance brand visibility for elevator products, targeting architects, contractors, and property developers . - Utilize digital marketing tools (SEO, social media) and traditional channels (trade shows, exhibitions) to drive engagement . 3. Client Relationship Management - Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including construction consultants and contractors . - Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with revenue goals . 4. Technical Collaboration - Work closely with engineering and product teams to translate technical specifications into customer-centric messaging . - Ensure marketing materials comply with industry safety and quality standards (e.g., elevator safety certifications) . 5. Performance Monitoring - Track campaign ROI using metrics like lead generation, customer retention, and sales growth . - Report results to senior management and adjust strategies based on feedback . 1. Technical & Industry Knowledge - Education: Any Degree or Marketing, with certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics) . - Experience: 15 years in B2B marketing, preferably in construction, real estate, or industrial equipment . 2. Sales & Marketing Skills - Proven ability to meet sales targets and negotiate contracts in technical industries . - Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis platforms . 3. Soft Skills - Communication: Ability to simplify technical jargon for diverse audiences . - Creativity: Innovate campaigns to differentiate products in a competitive market . - Adaptability: Navigate fast-paced environments, such as project launches or regulatory changes . 4. Industry-Specific Competencies - Familiarity with elevator/escalator systems, installation processes, and safety regulations . - Experience in managing partnerships with construction firms or government infrastructure projects .
