You are a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with a focus on HR Operations, sought to join our dynamic team. Your responsibilities will include managing end-to-end HR operational activities such as recruitment support, onboarding, training coordination, employee engagement, HR portals, internal communication, exit formalities, and HR reporting. In the recruitment and onboarding domain, you will coordinate the entire recruitment process including sourcing, scheduling, follow-ups, and documentation. You will also ensure smooth induction and onboarding for new hires while managing timely generation and collection of pre-joining and joining documents. For Training & Development Support, you will be responsible for coordinating internal and external training sessions, tracking attendance, feedback, and effectiveness of learning initiatives, as well as maintaining training records and schedules. Your role will involve administering and managing Employee Self-Service (ESS) portals and HRMS. You will be expected to ensure accurate maintenance and regular updates of employee data. Employee Communication & Engagement will be a vital aspect of your responsibilities where you will support communication initiatives like newsletters, policy updates, and internal announcements. Additionally, you will drive employee engagement activities, maintain participation metrics, and assist in R&R (Rewards & Recognition) implementation. In the Exits & Separation domain, you will manage resignation intimation, documentation, and exit interviews. You will also coordinate full-and-final settlements and clearance workflows, ensuring a smooth offboarding experience for exiting employees. Your role will involve preparing HR dashboards, trackers, and regular MIS reports (recruitment, attrition, engagement, etc.). Supporting audits and compliance documentation, as well as assisting in policy implementation and documentation, will also be part of your responsibilities. Key skills and competencies required include strong coordination and follow-up skills, excellent written and verbal communication, hands-on experience with MS Excel, HRMS tools, and ESS portals, empathy, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive information, and the ability to multitask and manage operational priorities. Qualifications needed for this role include a Bachelor's degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field), a PGDM/MBA in HR as an added advantage, and at least 3 years of relevant experience in HR operations.
