Role & responsibilities 1. Product feasibility and Process Flow analysis and study for vehicle assembly and feed back to R&D. Simulation through Delmia / Tools configuration finalization. 2. Chart all project activities to meet the Project timelines and volumes. Lead all activities internal with team and co-ordinate with other departments like Production, Materials and Design/Engg 3. Lead role in Develop and Establish the Capex Budgets, Process planning, documentation (DCP) and process sheets preparation, Line balancing, MOST-Work content, Line side layout & digitalization 4. Project Execution - Establishing the Process & proving out Facilities. 5. Software Skills: AutoCAD, CATIA, 3D Experience, Process Simulate, TeamCenter VisMockup Preferred candidate profile Experience: 815 Years Qualification: BE/BTech – Mechanical / Automotive Engineering Department: Manufacturing Engineering – Vehicle Assembly/TCF

Role & responsibilities 1. Development of Control architecture and BOM, PLC and HMI programs for Equipment, Automation line and Standardization. 2. PLC programming and Robot Programming/simulation support for Cycle time optimization & prove out. 3. Prepare standard check sheets for PLC, HMI & Hardware and ensure line builder adherence. 4. Co-ordinate and participate in review meetings with Line builders for controls DAP and buy-offs and handover. 5. Support for Installation & commissioning of Brown field & Green Field projects.
