Top Gaming Network (TGN) is seeking an enthusiastic and articulate Esports Commentator to inject excitement, passion, and flair into our tournament broadcasts. As the voice of the event, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the viewer experience by creating suspense, analyzing gameplay, interacting with the audience, and influencing how the game is perceived. Your responsibilities will include live-casting tournament matches, providing real-time analysis on strategies, moves, errors, and comebacks, captivating the audience with insightful commentary, humor, and charisma, collaborating with other hosts or guest creators when necessary, and contributing to the development of post-match content such as clips, memes, and highlight reels. The ideal candidate should possess a strong passion for Gaming & Esports coupled with in-depth knowledge of various games. Being confident and articulate on the microphone is essential, as you will be required to deliver fast-paced, clear, and engaging commentary even in high-pressure situations. Prior experience in hosting, streaming, or shoutcasting would be advantageous, and proficiency in either English or Hinglish with a focus on clarity over accent is preferred. Availability during key match windows is a must. Additional assets that would make you stand out include having your own Twitch or YouTube channel, previous casting experience (even in small tournaments), and a charismatic and meme-worthy personality that resonates with the audience.,
