Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager, located in Amritsar. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent guest experiences, supervising staff, maintaining inventory, and coordinating with various departments. The role includes managing budgets, handling customer feedback, and implementing service standards to enhance operational efficiency. Qualifications Leadership and staff supervision skills Customer service and guest relations skills Experience in inventory management and budgeting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and regulations Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field Previous experience in a managerial role in the hospitality industry is preferred
