Experience • Minimum of 2–3 years’ professional experience in an assistant, analyst, or coordination role. • Exposure to financial, business, or research-oriented environments preferred. Location Preference - Mumbai; proximity to office in Andheri West preferred, but open to applicants from across the city. Key Responsibilities • Support senior leadership with daily assistance: scheduling, reporting, and task follow-ups. • Draft and review documents, briefs, and correspondence with clarity and precision. • Prepare financial and business reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Conduct research using AI tools and conventional sources. • Act as a confident liaison with internal and external stakeholders. • Contribute to project coordination, presentations, and other administrative tasks.
