Resort Booking Manager - Hiring Female candidate We are looking for a Resort Booking Manager with 3-5 years of experience in hotel or resort booking. The person will handle customer bookings, weddings, cold calls, online platforms such as google, facebook, Instagram etc and help us increase reservations. The resort is located in Bhimashankar and job requires the said person to handle all the below mentioned responsibilities stationed in Pune. Responsibilities Handle all bookings of hotel rooms & weddings from website, phone calls, WhatsApp, and online travel sites (like Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, etc.) and social media. Update room availability, rates, and booking details online and offline both. Talk to guests and answer their questions politely and clearly. Manage cancellations, changes, and special requests. Prepare weekly and monthly booking reports. Make sure booking information is correct so the resort team can prepare for guest arrivals. Use Google Sheets or Excel to track bookings. Work closely with the internal team and remote team to improve guest experience. Respond to guest reviews online. Try to increase bookings and earn more revenue for the resort. Requirements 35 years of experience in resort/hotel booking or reservation handling. Must live in Pune and be able to work from office and occasionally home. Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi. Must know how to use computers, Gmail, Google Sheets, and booking portals. Should be good at planning, organizing, and handling multiple tasks. Should be responsible, disciplined, and able to work with or without supervision. Experience with OTAs (Booking.com, Agoda, etc.) and PMS/channel manager is a big plus.
