The Role We are in search of a seasoned and well-connected Investment Banking Consultant to identify high-quality transactions, connect them with our investor network, and assist in bringing them to successful closure. This position is tailored for a senior finance professional with a robust industry network, proven expertise in deal-making, and the capability to secure lucrative mandates. Key Responsibilities - Identify and assess established companies interested in equity, debt, or blended finance solutions. - Utilize your network to introduce top-tier, investment-ready opportunities. - Collaborate with ESGAP to align opportunities with suitable investors from our global network. - Facilitate negotiations between clients and investors to ensure seamless transaction closure. - Uphold a professional and ethical approach in deal sourcing and client interactions. What We're Looking For - Minimum of 5 years" experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or institutional fundraising. - Extensive C-suite network and direct access to key decision-makers. - Proven track record in originating and closing deals successfully. - Ability to work autonomously, achieve set targets, and maintain confidentiality. - A reputation for trustworthiness, credibility, and professionalism within the finance industry.
