The School Librarian will be responsible for managing the school library's daily operations, including maintaining the catalog, organizing and managing book collections, providing library instruction to students and staff, managing metadata for library resources, and ensuring the library environment is supportive for study and learning. Additionally, the School Librarian will be involved in promoting reading habits and fostering a culture of learning and creativity within the school. Qualifications Library Services and Library Science skills Experience in Library Management Proficiency in Metadata management Ability to provide Library Instruction to students and staff Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with school staff and administrators Bachelor's degree in Library Science, Information Science, or related field.
