Admin, Telecalling & Training Support Associate Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive Admin, Telecalling & Training Support Associate to manage administrative tasks and assist in training new employees. This role requires multitasking skills, excellent communication, and a customer-focused approach to ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls for customer inquiries and sales. Provide product/service information and resolve customer issues professionally. Maintain customer records and update CRM systems. Assist in onboarding and training new employees in telecalling and admin tasks. Manage daily office operations, including scheduling and documentation. Maintain employee records, attendance, and performance tracking. Coordinate meetings, calls, and training sessions. Support HR and management in administrative tasks. Required Skills: ✔ Strong verbal and written communication skills. ✔ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. ✔ Customer service and sales skills. ✔ Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point).
