Proven experience as a Business Analyst, a minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in Odoo ERP implementations or similar ERP systems. Strong understanding of business processes and experience in conducting business process analysis and mapping. Familiarity with the Odoo ERP system, its modules, and its capabilities. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into functional specifications. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey ideas and concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in using business analysis tools and techniques, such as process flow diagrams, use cases, and user stories. Experience in user acceptance testing (UAT) and change management is a plus.
