Manage online reputation by monitoring reviews and responding promptly to customer inquiries on social media. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging across all marketing channels. Analyze performance metrics to optimize future campaigns and improve ROI. Desired Candidate Profile 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the fitness & wellness industry. Proficiency in creating engaging content for various formats (text-based posts, images, videos). Strong understanding of social media optimization techniques (SMO) and search engine optimization principles (SEO). Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders.
