Job Description: Payment Posting Executive We are hiring experienced Payment Posting professionals for a leading US Healthcare BPO. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in medical payment posting and a strong understanding of EOBs and ERA reconciliation . Roles & Responsibilities: Post insurance and patient payments accurately into the billing system. Reconcile payment batches and resolve discrepancies. Review and interpret EOBs (Explanation of Benefits) and ERAs . Maintain productivity and accuracy as per SLA benchmarks. Work with AR, denial, and billing teams as needed for account closure. Ensure adherence to HIPAA compliance and process guidelines. Candidate Requirements: Graduate in any discipline (mandatory). 1 to 5 years of experience in Payment Posting US Healthcare . Proficient in using billing software and understanding of healthcare terminology. Comfortable working in a night shift environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
