Hiring Caretakers for Our Goa OTel Properties We are looking for full-time, male caretakers for our beautiful property in Goa. Compensation & Benefits: 1. Monthly remuneration: ₹13,000–₹15,000 2. Staff quarter with attached washroom 3. Mobile data connection provided 4. Three meals per day included 5. Guest tips can be retained by caretaker (Subject to accounting) 6. Additional ₹100–₹200 per night may be paid based on guest stays, feedback, and season (peak/non-peak months) 7. 30 days annual leave in non-peak months with no deduction in pay Requirements: 1. Must be male, disciplined, and well-groomed 2. Good housekeeping and guest service skills 3. Basic cooking skills 4. 2/4 Wheeler Driving skills preferred 5. Must maintain high hygiene standards 6.
