You will be joining Rahane Fintech Pvt Ltd. as an Equity Analyst Intern for a 6-month in-office internship at Noida, Sector 96. Rahane Fintech is a financial services startup focusing on stock investments, broking, and mutual funds with a research-driven trading desk developing cross-asset strategies. As an Equity Analyst Intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in market research, portfolio building, and institutional trading under the guidance of senior analysts. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct detailed financial and market research including macroeconomic indicators and global market trends for identifying investment opportunities. - Support in creating, maintaining, and back testing diversified financial models and portfolios. - Perform industry and company-specific research to aid in sector allocation and portfolio decisions. - Stay updated on economic news, central bank policies, and interest rate cycles to inform investment decisions. - Collaborate with senior analysts to prepare investment rationales, risk reports, and presentations. - Efficiently organize and manage investment data for accuracy and accessibility. - Monitor key portfolio performance metrics and contribute to market outlook reports. - Utilize financial tools and databases like Trendlyne, Stockedge, and Excel VBA for data analysis and reporting. - Work closely with team members across various stages of the investment research process. **Qualification Required:** - Graduates in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or Quantitative fields. - Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and market analysis. - Familiarity with tools such as TradingView, Screener, and NSE/BSE portals. - Passion for stock markets, macroeconomics, and investment research. - Experience in trading, equity research competitions, or market analysis. - Preferred certifications: NISM Series 8 (Equity Derivatives) and Series 15 (Research Analyst). **Internship Benefits:** - Gain practical exposure to capital markets and institutional investing. - Develop skills in portfolio construction, risk tracking, and strategy formulation. - Receive a Certificate of Completion and potential Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance.
