Equities Dealer

As a Dealer at Standard Chartered, you will be responsible for maintaining a good rapport with customers by receiving and placing orders in the trading system while ensuring adherence to customer authentication norms. Your primary goal will be to achieve a 100% error-free record of dealing and provide professional responses to customer queries and complaints in alignment with the policy on complaint management. It is preferable if you have prior experience in handling teams, especially in Broking, and can effectively work with Relationship Managers and Branch Managers on sales strategy and service standards improvement. Additionally, you will be expected to generate revenue from customers through regular interaction and market information dissemination, while maintaining customer data confidentiality and promoting a professional atmosphere in the dealing room.
