We're looking for a seasoned leader to shape and drive our equipment strategy — someone who thrives at the intersection of innovation, operations, and cross-functional leadership. Your Mission: Develop and execute high-impact equipment management strategies aligned with business and operational goals Mentor and lead a team of specialists in best practices, innovation, and technical excellence Optimize procurement processes while staying within budget and maximizing operational uptime Audit equipment utilization and maintenance, and deliver actionable improvements Collaborate across departments to anticipate equipment needs and implement efficient, scalable solutions Use data-driven insights and KPIs to drive performance, reliability, and long-term planning Champion safety in all equipment-related initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance What You Bring: Bachelor’s in Engineering or a related field 15–20 years of equipment management or automation experience, including leadership roles Expertise in automation systems (SPM, Robotics, Vision Systems) Background in equipment development, with hands-on application or design engineering experience Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to improve performance through metrics Excellent communication skills, able to align technical strategy with business objectives Experience in high-tech automation or SPM manufacturing companies is essential
