Role Overview: As an Admin Intern, you’ll assist the CEO and core team with day-to-day administrative, scheduling, and communication tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the CEO with scheduling/rescheduling meetings, classes, and appointments - Help manage the company/CEO’s WhatsApp account and reply to messages when needed - Draft emails and messages in professional English - Maintain records and trackers using Google Sheets, Forms, and Docs. This person will act as the founder's right hand, managing internal and external schedules, leading backend ops, resolving client concerns, coordinating with yoga trainers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day execution.
