Join EY to contribute your unique voice and perspective in building a better working world for all. **Role Overview:** As a Tagetik Staff Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting client needs by delivering Tagetik consolidation or Planning modules, integrating Tagetik with multiple source systems, merging, customizing, and deploying Tagetik as per client business requirements. You will work with clients throughout various parts of the implementation lifecycle, demonstrating expert core consulting skills, and leading consultancy assignments with a solution-oriented mindset. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support client needs by delivering Tagetik consolidation or Planning modules - Deliver large/medium Tagetik programs and demonstrate expert core consulting skills - Perform a role in business development in terms of presales and practice development - Lead consultancy assignments and provide system solutions to Tagetik issues and enhancements - Participate in prioritizing system issues for the development team and identifying areas of improvement - Act as a techno-functional Tagetik solution architect **Qualifications Required:** - 2-4 years of relevant experience in implementation planning and consolidation modules with 2-4 years in Tagetik products - Good understanding of Tagetik functionality, setup, AIH, predictive analytics, FST definition, MDM calculations, Smart now modules, ETL, and consolidations - Hands-on experience in designing workflows and metadata design in Tagetik, writing Tagetik codes/rules, and conducting functional and technical testing - Independently provide system solutions to Tagetik issues and enhancements, act as an escalation point for complex issues, and lead the team in handling financial planning/consolidation month-end close - Strong understanding of data close process, building and extending metadata functionalities, and maintaining end-to-end accountability for customer satisfaction EY offers opportunities to work with leading businesses globally, inspiring and meaningful projects, support, coaching, and feedback, as well as the freedom and flexibility to grow and progress in your career.
