EPM Lead - OneStream (FP&A)

Your role as an EPM FP&A Lead will involve designing, building, and supporting scalable FP&A and MIS solutions on the OneStream platform. This position is ideal for technically skilled professionals who excel in collaborative environments and enjoy solving complex business challenges through digital innovation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Configure and enhance OneStream solutions for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. - Translate requirements from FP&A and business teams into driver-based models, dashboards, and planning templates. - Develop and maintain business rules using VB.NET or C# for financial modeling and allocations. - Design dimensional models and automate reporting for MIS and variance analysis. - Support rolling forecasts, scenario planning, and monthly/quarterly cycles. - Integrate data from SAP and other ERPs using OneStream's data management tools. - Create intuitive dashboards and self-service reports for finance and business users. - Document technical configurations and ensure long-term maintainability. - Provide post-go-live support and contribute to continuous improvement. **Experience, Qualifications, And Skills:** - 2+ years of hands-on experience with OneStream, including at least one full-cycle implementation. - Strong understanding of FP&A processes: budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting. - Proficiency in VB.NET or C# for business rule development. - Experience with cube design, dimensional modeling, and OneStream MarketPlace solutions. - Familiarity with data integration from SAP or similar systems. - Strong analytical mindset and ability to collaborate cross-functionally. - Clear communication skills and a solution-oriented approach.
