EPLAN Administrator

As an Administrator of the ePlan Toolset for Electrical Function, your primary responsibilities will include: - Managing and maintaining the ePlan tool environment for electrical design workflows. - Setting up the ePlan connector to Windchill. - Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues. Your secondary responsibilities will involve: - Supporting and maintaining other electrical design tools such as Altium Designer, WSCAD, and Zuken. - Managing updates and user access for Altium Designer. - Coordinating with IT and engineering teams to resolve tool-related issues. - Maintaining tool configurations and libraries for WSCAD. - Ensuring compatibility with other engineering systems for WSCAD. - Providing ongoing support for electrical design and data management with Zuken. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure tool alignment with project needs for Zuken. Qualifications & Skills required for this role: - Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. - 6+ years of experience administering electrical design tools, especially ePlan. - Strong understanding of PLM systems, preferably Windchill. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. - Strong communication skills. Preferred Attributes: - Certification in ePlan or related electrical CAD tools. - Experience in a manufacturing or product development setting.
