Role & responsibilities Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ServiceNow Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of our ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will play a key role in aligning the platforms capabilities with organizational goals, ensuring that ServiceNow delivers maximum value to stakeholders. This role combines technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership to drive innovation and efficiency in IT service management and related business functions. Core Skills Required ServiceNow HAM Leadership Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM)including lifecycle tracking, procurement, compliance, and asset governance. Must be capable of guiding both strategy and execution. Stakeholder Management Proven ability to engage and align with senior global stakeholders, drive conversations with clarity, and translate business needs into system actions. Exceptional communication skills are non-negotiable. Global Team Leadership Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams, ensuring consistency, accountability, and timely delivery across regions. Administrative & Product Knowledge Strong understanding of ServiceNow administration, workflows, and configuration principles to effectively guide development teams and prioritize enhancements. Business Story Writing & Prioritization Ability to write clear, concise, and actionable user stories, prioritize the backlog, and interface with technical teams to ensure accurate delivery of requirements. Additional Requirements Availability: Must work primarily within CET hours (11:00 AM IST 8:00 PM IST) to align with European and global teams. Assessment: Willingness to undergo a technical or functional evaluation as part of the selection process. Work Location: Hybrid mode work from Hyderabad Office Education & Experience: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. 10+ years of experience managing ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms. Proven track record of implementing and managing ITSM or other ServiceNow modules. Certifications : ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
