Project Manager & Client Lead (Asia & MENA)
We’re looking for a sharp, proactive, and client-obsessed Project Manager & Client Lead to take full ownership of our Asia & MENA accounts. You’ll be the single point of contact for clients, manage a fulfillment team, enforce deadlines and quality, and ensure deliverables meet or exceed expectations — every time. This is not a coordinator role. This is a leadership position for someone who thrives on accountability and knows how to keep both clients and teams aligned. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary liaison for Asia & MENA clients — manage expectations, solve problems, and build trust. Own end-to-end project delivery — no excuses, no dropped balls. Enforce deadlines, quality standards, and SOPs across design, development, video, and marketing deliverables. Drive weekly and monthly reporting to clients and internally. Lead and motivate a fulfillment team — hold people accountable, escalate issues, and resolve bottlenecks fast. Spot inefficiencies and propose improvements in process and workflow. Ensure every client touchpoint reflects our brand’s professionalism. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously (preferably in an agency or fast-paced service environment). Flawless communication skills — written, spoken, and interpersonal. Ability to lead a team without micromanaging yet without letting standards slip. Ruthless about detail and quality control — nothing leaves your desk unchecked. Comfortable managing clients from high-pressure, demanding markets (China, UAE, etc.) Strong organizational and problem-solving skills — ability to thrive under pressure. A sense of ownership — you fix, you deliver, you don’t wait to be told. Nice to Have Experience with tools like ClickUp, HubSpot, Slack, Google Workspace.
