Role Overview: As a Senior Epicor Technical Consultant at Analogyx BI Pvt. Ltd., you will be a crucial member of the organization, providing technical expertise, leadership, and guidance to the consultancy team. Your role will involve designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the Epicor ERP system, as well as mentoring junior team members to ensure successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Epicor ERP to architect, develop, and implement complex solutions tailored to clients" needs. - Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective Epicor solutions. - Develop and implement customizations, reports, and integrations within the Epicor framework. - Prepare comprehensive documentation of technical solutions and configurations. - Ensure the quality and reliability of all technical deliverables, conducting testing and validation as needed. - Identify and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions. - Engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure successful project outcomes. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proven experience as an Epicor Technical Consultant, with at least 4 years of hands-on experience. - Expertise in Epicor ERP software, including customization, configurations, and integrations. - Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, SQL, and .NET. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with clients. - Epicor certification (preferred).
