About the Role This isn't just an execution role; it's a client facing role and involves a ton of strategic decision making. As an Organic Growth Manager, you will be owning client success from strategy development through technical implementation and reporting. You’ll be responsible for crafting custom SEO strategies (including GEO strategy), managing client relationships, and leading the execution that drives measurable organic growth. This is a role for someone who thrives on high ownership, client communication, and translating their work into actionable business results. About the Person We are looking for an artist who drinks and breathes SEO. We would love for the person to be able to explain concepts simply, disagree logically and have a strong point of view on how SEO should be done. Detail-orientation, expectation management & discipline in terms of daily execution is a part of your DNA. What You’ll Do Own Client SEO & GEO Strategy: Develop, lead, and execute comprehensive SEO and GEO (Generative engine optimisation) strategies for a portfolio of SaaS clients, ensuring alignment with their broader business goals. Technical SEO: Conduct deep technical audits, identify and prioritise critical issues (crawl budget, indexation, site architecture, schema markup, etc.), and collaborate with development teams to ensure flawless implementation. Website Tracking setup: GTM setup, GA4 event setup/configuration Manage Client Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for a set of clients. Conduct weekly performance calls, clearly communicate strategy, and translate complex SEO concepts into business-friendly language. Define, Analyze and Measure Performance: Define key SEO performance metrics, set up and manage reporting dashboards, and use tools like Google Analytics and Looker Studio to provide insightful performance analysis and future recommendations. Lead Keyword & Competitor Analysis: Drive comprehensive keyword research to identify high-value, intent-driven opportunities, and conduct thorough competitive analysis to uncover strategic content and technical gaps. Systematise and Scale: Develop and document repeatable processes for audits, reporting, and client communication, ensuring high-quality, efficient service delivery across multiple accounts. Continuous learner: You are at the top of all everything that is happening in the world of AI/Search/LLMs and yet separate the signal from the noise. Marketer at heart: Ability to synthesise data/ thoughts/ learnings into insights/stories. Automate: You are able to identify recurring patterns and automate them using tools like n8n etc. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of progressive experience in SEO and GEO, with a significant portion in a SaaS company or Client-facing agency role. Deep expertise in Technical SEO fundamentals Proficiency with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog), analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4), and reporting tools. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; you can effortlessly explain a complex SEO issue to a non-technical founder. A strategic mindset: you don't just find problems, you devise scalable solutions that deliver ROI. Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and drive consensus on strategic direction. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
