Responsibilities Capable of key roles in Data Privacy and Security consulting projects, providing high quality delivery and support from initiation to hypercare. Supporting solutions architecture. Identifying and facilitating opportunities for the growth of EPI-USE Labs’ business on a client basis. On request, to attend events as requested to speak to clients, partners and our internal staff. Coordinating with the resource office and Project Management Office to support effective utilisation of team members across Data Privacy and Security projects; tracking and documenting project progress. Qualification required Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science & engineering disciplines; or additional five years in industry working with SAP. SAP Certifications of any type. Database administration certifications. Cloud certifications. Data, reporting, ETL or related solutions certifications. Experience and skills Minimum of five years SAP experience. A minimum of six years in the IT industry. Demonstrable experience of collaborating. Experience of working a minimum of four SAP Project lifecycles. Able to apply knowledge of at least two key area of SAP – technical and/or functional – relevant to P&S in a consulting context. Confident to lead solution delivery on complex Data Privacy and Security projects. Excellent understanding of the SAP data model and its delivery. Experience in SAP Role and Authorisation projects using either SAP GRC or Soterion solutions. Fluent in English. Excellent communication skills including in client-facing scenarios. Scoping and workshop skills. Excellent time management skills. Demonstrable ability to optimise and improve process and solutions. Desirable skills Confident to apply knowledge of EPI-USE Labs suite of products relevant to Data Privacy and Security. Able to architect solutions in the SAP ecosystem. Experience with Privacy audit / DPIA processes. We are seeking experienced SAP professionals to take a senior leadership role, bringing their expertise in EPI-USE Labs products, clients, and the global SAP ecosystem to drive growth and delivery excellence across our specialist global service lines, which deliver SAP solutions and services to clients worldwide. This role is global in scope, with flexibility to work across time zones and regular international travel (typically 15–45%, occasionally more). Responsibilities Directly support the PRISM Global Service Line (GSL) Lead and engage in overseeing project delivery, resource allocation, project success, people management and business development. Develop strategic plans for the GSL across resourcing and business development. Demonstrate a deep understanding of GSL objectives and make decisions – per the scope of their individual responsibilities – aligned to those objectives. Facilitate process and product optimisation and development across the GSL, liaising with other business units as required. Exercise sound financial judgement, analysing past performance establishing future forecasts for GSL performance. Public speaking and representing EPI-USE Labs at key client or industry events. Deputise for the GSL lead as required.
