The AHR Intern will support the Administrative, Human Resources, and Recruitment teams. Daily tasks will include assisting in recruiting efforts, maintaining employee records, supporting HR-related administrative tasks, and conducting market research. The intern will also aid in the development and implementation of HR policies and processes. Qualifications Strong organizational and administrative skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Basic understanding of HR principles and recruitment methods Ability to conduct market research and analyze data Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and remotely Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
