Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Service Engineer located in New Delhi, with the flexibility for some work from home. The Technical Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and services for Environmental Testing Chambers. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting, providing analytical solutions, maintaining high communication standards, and ensuring complete client satisfaction through efficient service delivery. Qualifications Technical Services and Technical Support skills Analytical Skills for problem-solving and troubleshooting Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal Experience in the environmental testing industry or related fields is a plus Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
