Candidates with 15 to 20 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Wind Energy sector candidates will be given preference. General Responsibility : - Responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes and equipment to ensure efficient production, high quality, and safety compliance. Plays a key role in continuous improvement, cost reduction, and supporting new product introduction, design of jigs and fixtures, Run the PFMEA. Some of the important roles are as below. Functions/authorities: Responsible for Tooling development, Tool optimization and Model selection for supporting Model. Lead the Manufacturing team & Track & Monitor the KPI of team Responsible for the development of localized assembly process. According to the demand, complete the supporting process optimization and development work. Support team to deal with abnormalities and BOM problem in the production process. Responsible for Equipment selection and installation and arrangement of equipment as per Layout. Leading and motivating team to achieve department goals/Objectives. Set up process if there is change in Model & evaluate the cycle time for serial production launch. Ensure less downtime of Equipment and Tooling to achieve targets set up by business process.
