Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective students from the database and incoming enquiries. Explain course details, fee structure, and placement benefits clearly and confidently. Handle inbound calls and resolve student queries promptly. Follow up systematically with leads to ensure maximum conversion. Maintain records of calls, enquiries, and follow-ups in the CRM system. Achieve daily calling targets and monthly admission targets set by the management. Assist walk-in students with counselling if required. Coordinate with trainers, counsellors, and the admin team for smooth admission processes Requirements: Minimum Graduate in any stream. 0-2 years of telecalling or counselling experience (freshers with good communication skills can apply). Excellent verbal communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English . Good convincing and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry). Positive attitude with strong customer service focus.
