Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist, located in New Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities, generating leads, conducting market research, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The role also involves developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and providing excellent customer service to meet client needs effectively. Qualifications Proven ability in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and pursue potential business opportunities. Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to establish and maintain positive client relationships. Analytical Skills to assess market trends and develop effective business strategies. Proactive attitude, organizational abilities, and the capability to work independently. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in the advertising or media production industry is an advantage.
