Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counselor based in Kozhikode. The Academic Counselor will be responsible for guiding students in course selection, career planning, and admission processes. The role involves providing personalized academic advising, offering scholarship assistance, and supporting students in achieving their educational goals. Daily tasks include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, maintaining communication with students and educational institutions, and staying informed about the latest education trends and opportunities. Qualifications • Great at listening and understanding student needs • Quick thinkers who can guide students with clarity and confidence • Friendly, energetic, and genuinely interested in helping people • Able to communicate clearly in English (and bonus if you speak other languages too!) • Self-driven and willing to learn on the job
