Entry Level Trainee Modeler

As an Entry-Level Trainee Modeler (ELTM) at our company, you will be part of a dynamic team where you will receive comprehensive training in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and contribute to the development of 3D models for various construction projects. Key Responsibilities: - Learn and apply BIM principles to create accurate 3D models of buildings and structures. - Collaborate with senior modelers and project teams to understand project requirements. - Gain proficiency in industry-standard BIM software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD) to develop and modify models. - Utilize other relevant software tools for project-specific needs. - Generate and maintain project documentation, including drawings, schedules, and specifications. - Ensure compliance with project standards and guidelines. - Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of 3D models and related documentation. - Assist in identifying and resolving issues in collaboration with the project team. - Work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate BIM processes into project workflows. - Participate in project meetings and contribute to discussions on model development. - Actively participate in training programs to enhance BIM skills and knowledge. - Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in BIM technology. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Diploma in Civil Engineering, or related field. - Strong interest in Building Information Modeling and construction industry practices. - Basic understanding of architectural and engineering principles. - Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software is a plus.
